Job Overview

Fashion House is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, lead the store team, and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion retail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and motivate store staff.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
• Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock replenishment.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain company standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
• Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Experience in fashion retail or apparel store management preferred.

Salary

• Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
