Job Summary

Seven Seas Hotel is looking for an experienced and skilled AC Technician to join our Engineering \& Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the hotel industry and possess strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, HVAC equipment, and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AC units.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cooling systems, compressors, chillers, and other HVAC equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of guest room ACs and common area cooling systems.
• Monitor temperature, ventilation, and air quality systems.
• Follow hotel safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have prior experience in the hotel industry.
• Candidates must be based in Delhi.
• Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A technically sound, responsible, and hardworking professional with good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a hotel environment.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
