After-Sales Service & Maintenance

Job Summary

Responsible for managing post-handover client requirements, maintenance requests, complaints, and repair work. Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain good relationships with clients after project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client complaints and service requests after project handover.
• Coordinate with clients regarding maintenance, repairs, and pending issues.
• Arrange site visits for inspection and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, vendors, and contractors for rectification work.
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and service requests.
• Maintain records of all service requests, complaints, and closure reports.
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfactory completion of work.
• Coordinate warranty-related issues and ensure work is completed within the warranty period.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and track pending service requests.
• Coordinate with the Projects and Purchase Departments for materials and manpower requirements.
• Maintain project-wise after-sales service records.
• Escalate major technical issues or unresolved complaints to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of interior fit-out and maintenance work.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Vendor and contractor coordination.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience

2–4 years in interior fit-out, maintenance, or after-sales services.

Reporting To

Head of Projects / Operations Head.

Pay

From ₹30,000.00 per month
