Role Overview

\>LAS Ventures is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage its finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation, audits and regulatory filings.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen financial controls and support strategic financial planning.

Candidate Profile

\>Qualified CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.

\>Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.

\>Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and financial reporting.

\>Experience in real estate, investment management, infrastructure or diversified business groups will be an added advantage.

\>Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
