Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily back-office operations and documentation.

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and order processing.

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and dispatch teams.

• Maintain Excel sheets, stock records and sales reports.

• Handle invoicing, purchase orders and customer follow-ups.

• Assist management with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant back-office, sales support or operations experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports) and basic computer operations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in trading, wholesale or manufacturing businesses preferred.

• Must be able to work full-time from our Delhi office.
