Travel Sales Consultant

Manage client relationships, coordinate travel services, and enhance the overall customer experience. The candidate will also be responsible for learning and working on ERPNext software while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Follow-up: Respond to client queries through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
• Booking Reminders: Send timely booking reminders and promote additional services such as hotel bookings, flight reservations, and visa assistance.
• Client Handling: Maintain professional and polite communication while managing client relationships.
• Situation Handling: Handle challenging situations, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Entry \& CRM Management: Maintain and update client queries, booking details, and other information in Google Sheets and CRM software.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Client Handling, or a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software. Willingness to learn ERPNext.
• Location: Delhi / Gurgaon.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
