Hiring: Relationship Manager – Field Sales Company: Varthana Finance Varthana Finance is one of India’s leading education finance companies, providing financial solutions to affordable private schools and students. We are looking for motivated sales professionals to drive business development, build customer relationships, and support education financing. Job Locations: Uttara Kannada, Karnataka Ballari, Karnataka Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Chennai, Tamil Nadu Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana Key Responsibilities: Generate business through direct sales and customer sourcing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets. Support loan documentation and customer onboarding. Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality. Travel extensively within the assigned territory. Mandatory Requirements: 1–3 years of sales experience in NBFC, Banking, MFI, Housing Finance, Mortgage, SME Loans, Insurance, or Education Sales. Minimum qualification: 10th / HSC / Diploma / Graduation. Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence. Must be comfortable with up to 100 km of daily field travel .
