Senior Architect

Fortuners Group is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, real estate development, project planning, construction coordination, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing innovative building concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring successful project execution in accordance with company standards, timelines, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design, planning, and development for residential, commercial, and real estate projects. Prepare master plans, conceptual layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural drawings. Develop innovative, functional, and cost-effective architectural designs. Manage projects from concept development to construction and final execution. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, civil engineers, contractors, and project management teams. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved architectural drawings. Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for building plan approvals and statutory permissions. Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation. Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, development guidelines, and safety standards. Manage and guide junior architects, draftsmen, and design team members. Coordinate with sales, marketing, procurement, and project execution departments. Monitor project timelines, design deliverables, quality standards, and cost optimization. Attend client meetings, project discussions, and design presentations. Identify design issues and provide effective technical solutions. Report project progress and updates to management.
