We are looking to recruit suitable candidates for our kitchen operations. Job Details: Position: Cook / Kitchen Helper Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai Experience: Fresher / Experienced Employment: Full-time Joining: Immediate preferred Job Responsibilities: Preparation and assistance in South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal and Kichadi. Preparation of Sambar, Chutneys and other accompaniments. Vegetable cleaning, cutting and other basic kitchen preparation. Assisting with batter preparation and daily kitchen activities. Maintaining food quality, taste and portion consistency. Assisting in food packing and parcel orders. Washing utensils and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Proper handling and storage of raw materials. Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs. Coordinating with other kitchen team members. Benefits: Accommodation provided. Food provided.
