  • Write and post job descriptions on career job portals, social media. · Source candidates by using databases, job portals and social media · Evaluate and screen resumes by virtual interaction · Conduct phone, Skype, Zoom and/or in-person interviews · Screen potential employees · Maintain interview and hiring records · Prepare hiring paperwork and information details · Handle the orientation of new employees · Administrating appropriate company assessments. · Issuing id cards, company Sim cards and joining formalities. · Assigning day to day work to the team · Collect the everyday performance details · Reviewing performance of candidates. · Support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets. · Pay-out salaries as per their performance. · Coordinating with HRs for work assessment, team building.
