Graphic Designer (Real Estate) Company: Hemadara Location: DLF Road , Gachibowli , Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on skills and portfolio) Experience: 6 months to 1 year Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above (skills matter more than degree) About the RoleWe are a growing real estate company looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce eye-catching marketing material for our projects, listings and social media. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to make our brand stand out. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media posts, reels covers, stories and ad creatives (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp). Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, banners and site-visit material. Design property listing creatives, project launch posters and festive or offer campaigns. Edit property photos and prepare layouts for floor plans, price sheets and project highlights. Create basic video edits and short promotional clips (a plus). Keep all designs consistent with the company’s brand colours, fonts and style. Make quick edits and revisions based on team feedback. Deliver work on time, and handle multiple urgent requests in a day. Required SkillsWorking knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW , and/or Canva . Good sense of colour, typography and layout. Ability to create print-ready files (size, resolution, bleed). Basic understanding of social media creative sizes. A portfolio or sample work (mandatory). Good to HaveExperience in real estate, construction or property marketing. Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of 3D render touch-ups or AI design tools. Knowledge of English or Telugu for creating bilingual designs. Who Can ApplyFreshers with strong skills, or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of design experience. Candidates who are creative, punctual and willing to work from the office. 10th or 12th pass candidates with proven design skills are welcome. What We OfferSalary up to ₹60,000 per month.
