GeM Portal & Tender Executive

Job Description – GeM Portal Executive Company: Svanz International Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–3 years (minimum 2 years on GeM Portal) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced GeM Portal Executive to independently manage product listings, government bids, tender documentation, and order processing. Key Responsibilities Manage GeM product listings, catalogue updates, and compliance. Identify and participate in relevant government tenders and bids. Prepare and submit technical and financial bids, including costing and documentation. Handle OEM approvals, Reverse Auctions (RA), and PAC processes. Manage order acceptance, invoicing, and shipment coordination. Maintain bid trackers, MIS reports, and tender documentation. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on GeM Portal & E - Procurement experience. Knowledge of government procurement, tendering, and OEM processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, costing, and documentation. Furniture or manufacturing industry experience preferred. Salary As per industry standards, based on experience.
