Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to support conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain call records and daily activity reports. Skills & Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic real estate knowledge preferred.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Languages: Telugu, English, and Hindi. Qualification: Any graduate; an MBA is an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators
