Inside Sales Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Update customer information, call records, and sales activities in CRM systems. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and campaign execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience. Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Lead Generation. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
