Collection Manager

Designation: Senior Collection Manager – Field Department: Loan Collection & Recovery Experience: 2–5 Years in Banking / NBFC Collection Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Field-Based Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Collection Manager to manage field collection activities, handle overdue loan accounts, coordinate with collection teams and achieve assigned recovery targets. The candidate must have practical experience in banking or NBFC field collections. A valid IIBF DRA Certificate is mandatory, and a satisfactory CIBIL Report / Credit History is also mandatory for selection. Key Responsibilities & Duties Conduct field visits to customers with overdue loan accounts. Follow up on pending EMI, bucket-wise delinquent and NPA accounts. Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets. Handle high-value overdue and difficult collection cases. Negotiate repayment commitments and settlements within approved company guidelines. Deliver authorized demand notices and payment reminders. Maintain professional relationships with customers. Coordinate with branch officials, collection managers and agency management. Prepare daily collection reports and field visit updates. Monitor payment commitments and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments and case status. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company recovery policies. Mandatory Requirements IIBF DRA Certificate – Mandatory Minimum 2 years of field collection experience. Banking / NBFC collection experience preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local geographical areas. Smartphone with internet connectivity.
