Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Junior Interior Consultant to handle customer enquiries, provide preliminary interior design consultations and coordinate design presentations .

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, incoming calls and walk-in clients.

Understand customer requirements, budget and interior design preferences.

Provide preliminary consultation on interior products, materials, finishes and solutions.

Assist in preparing basic 2D layouts and 3D design presentations.

Manage and coordinate Experience Centre activities and product displays.

Coordinate with Design, Sales and Project teams for customer requirements.

Assist in preparing quotations and preliminary scope of work.

Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain enquiry records.

Support lead conversion and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 2D/3D software will be an advantage.

Good presentation, coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and sales-oriented approach.
