Corporate Secretarial & Governance

Manage end-to-end statutory secretarial functions, including board/shareholder meetings, ROC/MCA regulatory filings, and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms and all related transactions.

Labour & Employment Law

Drive operational readiness and policy updates for the implementation of the New Labour Codes.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, executive NDAs, non-competes, and separation agreements.

Formulate and update company HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary protocol documents.

Manage labor disputes, employee grievances, domestic inquiries, and legal notices

Represent and appear on behalf of the company in hearings before the Labour Officers, Conciliation Officers, and statutory authorities for labor disputes, and regulatory notices.

Coordinate with external law firms to represent the company in litigation matters

Act as legal advisor for POSH Act compliance, assist the Internal Committee (IC), and lead workplace awareness programs.

Support legal, regulatory, and employment law initiatives across international jurisdictions
