Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced, 24×7 working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Handle attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Manage employee performance, appraisals, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Maintain employee records and drive retention and workplace culture initiatives.

Coordinate HR operations across rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in BPO, travel, or service industries.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, payroll, and employee relations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage a diverse workforce in a 24×7 operational setup.
