Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure the smooth handling, storage, and dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.

Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organisation of products.

Coordinate with the procurement, inventory, and logistics teams.

Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.

Track damaged, missing, or returned products.

Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.

Good organisational and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

Experience in stock reconciliation and dispatch management.

Familiarity with inventory software.
