Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Manager to manage stock records, inventory updates, purchasing entries and shipment-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock information in the company's internal system and ensuring smooth coordination between purchasing, inventory and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Management

Maintain and monitor daily stock availability

Update stock quantities in the company's internal system

Maintain accurate inventory records

Track available, purchased, dispatched and pending stock

Regularly verify physical stock against system records

Shipment Management

Create shipments as per requirements

Update shipment details and status in the internal system

Maintain shipment records and dispatch details

Coordinate with the concerned team for timely shipment processing

Track pending shipments and ensure timely updates

Purchasing & Stock Updates

Update newly purchased stock quantities in the system

Maintain purchase and inward stock records

Coordinate with the purchasing team for stock updates

Track pending purchases and incoming inventory

Ensure all purchase entries are properly recorded

Price & System Management

Update product prices in the company's internal system

Maintain accurate product and SKU information

Ensure stock, pricing and shipment data are updated regularly

Identify and correct discrepancies in system records

Minimum Requirements

Graduation completed in any stream

Must be located in or around Noida Sector 63

Must be comfortable working from the office (WFO)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Good computer and data-entry skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain records and manage multiple tasks

Good coordination and communication skills

Freshers with good computer and Excel skills are welcome to apply.
