Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and experienced Car Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for employees, management, and official visitors as required.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the organisation’s vehicle safely and responsibly, following all traffic rules and regulations.

Provide transportation to management, employees, and official visitors as per assigned schedules.

Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.

Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.

Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components regularly.

Maintain records of vehicle usage, daily kilometres, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

Inform the concerned authority about any vehicle damage, breakdown, servicing requirements, or challans.

Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance, registration certificate, PUC, and driving licence, are valid and up to date.

Follow assigned routes and use navigation tools when required.

Maintain professional behaviour, confidentiality, and discipline while on duty.

Perform other duties related to transportation and administration as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

Valid driving licence for the relevant vehicle category.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a car driver.

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ability to use Google Maps and navigation applications.

Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and responsible.

Preferred Skills

Experience driving for an organisation, corporate office, or senior management.

Flexibility to work as per official requirements, including occasional extended hours.
