Job Summary

ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities for EV components, electrical parts, tools, and engineering materials. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing skills, along with a willingness to travel for vendor visits.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure EV components, electrical parts, tools, and engineering materials.

Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors while maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.

Conduct vendor and market visits for sourcing and purchasing activities.

Negotiate pricing, quality standards, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

Compare quotations and select suitable suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase records.

Verify material availability, specifications, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement.

Resolve vendor-related issues and follow up on pending deliveries.

Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.

Experience in EV, automotive, electrical, or engineering industries is preferred.

Knowledge of EV components such as batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, DC-DC converters, wiring harnesses, and connectors.

Strong vendor management, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Comfortable with regular fieldwork and vendor visits.

Must have a personal laptop (mandatory for this position).

Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.
