About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to manage daily logistics operations, supervise field staff and ensure smooth and timely execution of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily delivery operations and monitor field activities.

Coordinate with drivers, helpers, delivery staff and warehouse teams.

Monitor delivery schedules, routes and turnaround time (TAT).

Ensure proper vehicle utilization and resolve operational issues.

Track stock movement, inventory discrepancies and delivery records.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance.

Handle on-ground complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain daily operational reports and provide updates to management.

Provide field-level and operational support to both 1.2% and KT Wing as required.

Requirements

Graduate preferred; relevant experience in logistics or field operations.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery or operations supervision preferred.

Good coordination, communication and team-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to handle on-ground responsibilities and manage field teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.

Must be willing to stay at the organization's site accommodation at either West Delhi or Noida, as per operational requirements.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
