About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Career Counsellor to join our team in Noida. In this entry-level role, you will call professionals and students to help them choose the right online university courses to grow their careers.
What You Will Do
- Outbound Outreach
- Connect with outbound leads and working professionals daily to talk about higher study programs.
- Profile Assessment
- Listen to candidates to evaluate their career goals, work experience, and educational background.
- Suggest Courses
- Explain the benefits of our online graduation (UG), post-graduation (PG), diploma, and executive courses.
- Target Achievement
- Actively guide interested prospects through the final registration stages to meet enrollment targets.
- Update Systems
- Update notes from your calls and track student progress daily in our CRM system.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education
- Graduate in any stream (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.).
- Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience only. Ambitious freshers are welcome to apply!
- Good Speaker
- Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and politely to people over the phone.
