Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are looking for a dedicated, highly disciplined, and meticulous Computer / Data Entry Operator to manage office documentation, records, and typing tasks.

We place a high emphasis on discipline, punctuality, office etiquette, and methodical record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Document Typing & Formatting

Accurately type and format official letters, notes, project reports, and routine correspondence.

File & Record Maintenance: Systematically maintain, index, and organize both physical office files and digital records following standard government filing procedures.

Data Entry

Enter data into internal spreadsheets, registers, and databases with high precision and attention to detail.

Correspondence Tracking

Register incoming and outgoing letters and track the smooth movement of files across desks.

Administrative Assistance

Assist the reporting manager with day-to-day office coordination, record retrieval, and drafting routine communications.

Candidate Requirements & Expectations

Experience

Fresher / Entry-level candidates with strong computer skills are welcome to apply.
