Handle customer queries through live chat (70%) and voice calls (30%).

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.

Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.

Update customer interactions in CRM systems.

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
