Reporting to DGM – Fixed Assets, IP & Payable Accounting – Finance

Position Summary

Key position for Finalization of TTSL COS, Marketing, call centre Costs, Lease line cost, along with actualization, variance analysis and schedule preparation

Vendor Reconciliations and follow-up for open item closures (Incl. RPT)

Statutory/ Interna Audit completion

Key Responsibilities

Detailed responsibilities are as follows –

1: Finalisation & supervision of IT & Leaseline Costs for TTL and all costs for TMMPL which include reporting of reasons for variances to Management

2: Actualization entries & discussion and analysis with various stakeholders and checking of provisions and reporting in exception file

3: Provision ageing compilation and reporting to all users along with mentioning reasons for ageing more than 180 days

4: PO- Non-PO Compliance report to be checked and circulated and engagement done with stakeholders to show improvement

5-Vendor reconciliation as per policy including Group company and Intercompany within timeline and calculation of exposure and clearance of open items

6-Year end closures and all schedules along with RPT reconciliation and FFC pack reporting withing timelines as given by Tata Sons

7- Prepaid accounting and consolidation of entire prepaid GLs along with checking of amortization and bifurcation into current and noncurrent.

8- Other requirements such as Accointing Standards implementation & meeting CARO requirements

Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant subject knowledge of 5-6 years
