Outpace Consulting is hiring candidates for multiple customer support processes in Kolkata. We have exciting opportunities for both freshers and experienced candidates across E-Commerce, Travel, International Voice and Domestic Voice processes.

Available Positions \& Salary Details1. E-Commerce Non-Voice Process

• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Salary: ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)
• Additional Benefits
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

• Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through chat and email.
• Assist customers with order-related issues.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain customer service quality standards.

Travel Voice Process

• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Salary: ₹20,000–₹21,000 per month (In-Hand)
• Additional Benefits
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• One-Way Cab Facility
• Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls related to travel services.
• Assist customers with travel-related queries.
• Provide appropriate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

International Voice Process

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of international calling experience
• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)
• Additional Benefits
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• One-Way Cab Facility
• Additional Performance-Based Incentives
• Job Responsibilities
• Handle international customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Provide effective customer support and maintain service quality.

Domestic Voice Process

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of calling experience
• Salary: ₹13,000 per month (In-Hand)
• Additional Benefits
• Up to ₹1,250 Incentives
• ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
• Job Responsibilities
• Handle domestic customer calls.
• Understand and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a customer support environment.
• Freshers can apply for E-Commerce Non-Voice and Travel Voice profiles.
• Relevant calling experience is mandatory for International and Domestic Voice profiles.
