Junior Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Junior Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and assisting the business development team in converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide relevant information about company services.
• Explain company offerings and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
• Update and manage customer information in the company's database or CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional tele calling experience is mandatory.
• Freshers can also apply
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented approach.
• Good Hindi, Bengali, and basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
