Import Executive

• Handle end-to-end import operations and shipment tracking.
• Prepare and verify import documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, and Bill of Entry.
• Coordinate with customs agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and overseas suppliers.
• Manage customs clearance, shipment schedules, and timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, EXIM policies, and applicable customs procedures.
• Maintain import records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for payments, freight charges, and duty-related documentation.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance.
• Understanding of EXIM procedures, HS Codes, and customs duties.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

8–10 years of relevant experience in import operations.

Pay

Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
