Founder’s Office Intern (Sales & Marketing)

Industrofy is an e-commerce platform for industrial tools and equipment, backed by sister concerns with decades of experience in the trade. We’re looking for a proactive intern to work directly with our founder as a Personal Assistant, supporting sales and marketing research and activities. This is a great opportunity for a fresher to see how a growing business actually runs, with direct mentorship and real ownership from day one, not just busywork.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder with day-to-day scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination across teams.
• Conduct sales and marketing research: competitor scans, market trends, and potential leads or dealer/distributor contacts.
• Assist with outreach and follow-up communication under the founder’s guidance.
• Organize research findings, meeting notes, and action items into clear trackers.
• Attend key meetings, take notes, and help track follow-through on decisions.
• Support ad hoc business tasks as they come up, spanning sales, marketing, and operations.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, any discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling several small tasks at once.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, or business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in B2B or industrial businesses.
• Prior internship or project experience, not mandatory, freshers welcome.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and everyday digital tools.

Pay
