Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in VTL machine setting.
• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
• Manual offset setting and adjustment.
• Tool correction and tool offset setting.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of machining operations and component quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate VTL machines as per production requirements.
• Perform manual offset adjustments and tool corrections to maintain machining accuracy.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
• Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.
• Identify and resolve basic machine and machining issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
• Minimize tool wear, rejection, and machine downtime.

Pay

₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
