3. Scope of Work and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular classroom and online teaching sessions as assigned.
• Explain subject concepts in a clear, systematic and student-friendly manner.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and academic resources.
• Develop practice questions, assignments and chapter-wise assessments.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance.
• Evaluate students' performance through tests and assignments.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain discipline and an effective learning environment.
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development and examination preparation.
• Support the development of digital teaching materials and online educational content, wherever required.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
• Strong conceptual knowledge and subject expertise.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain difficult topics in a simple and effective manner.
• Previous teaching experience will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online classroom platforms is desirable.
• A responsible, punctual and student-oriented approach.
