About the Role

At MyProlist India Online Services Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms and marketing requirements. The candidate should have a good eye for design, typography, colour combinations, and visual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and other digital content.
• Design visuals for websites, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
• Develop creative concepts based on briefs and brand requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.
• Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colours, and overall visual identity across different designs.
• Coordinate with the HR, Marketing, and other teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives on time.
• Make necessary revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet the required standards.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative techniques to develop fresh and engaging content.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual composition.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing creatives.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple design requirements within deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
