About the Role

SRES is looking for responsible Plumbing Technicians to handle installation, inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of plumbing systems at the Reliance Mappedu facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, install and maintain water supply and drainage pipelines.
• Repair leaking pipes, valves, taps, joints and plumbing fittings.
• Carry out pipe cutting, threading, fitting and jointing activities.
• Maintain water pumps, motors, valves and associated equipment.
• Identify and rectify water leakages, blockages and pressure-related issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Attend plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Inspect water supply lines, drainage systems and utility connections.
• Handle plumbing tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, inspection checklists and service reports.
• Follow site safety procedures and client requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical trade.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipelines, valves and fittings.
• Practical knowledge of pipe installation, cutting, threading and jointing.
• Understanding of water pumps and pipeline maintenance.
• Ability to identify and rectify plumbing faults.
• Freshers with a technical background can also apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Good discipline, teamwork and learning attitude.
