Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound calls, answer passenger queries, and assist customers with ticket bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from passengers and customers.
• Answer passenger queries regarding bus timings, routes, ticket availability, and services.
• Assist passengers with ticket booking and reservation-related inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Voice Process, or Customer Support.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Knowledge of any ONE additional language is mandatory
• Hindi
• Malayalam
• Telugu
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ticket booking software.
