Ward Nurse

• Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the ward.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiration and SpO₂.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
• Assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the treating doctor.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts and medical records.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures and patient examinations.
• Perform wound dressing and other nursing procedures.
• Monitor IV fluids, injections, catheters and other medical devices.
• Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and medication.
• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene in the ward.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
• Ensure proper admission, transfer and discharge procedures.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
