Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for South Indian cuisine to join our cloud kitchen team. Candidates will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Handle bulk cooking and online food order preparation.
• Assist with daily cloud kitchen operations and timely order dispatch.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and portion consistency.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Monitor ingredients, stock, and food wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Knowledge or interest in South Indian cuisine.
• Freshers with basic cooking knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates with cloud kitchen or bulk cooking knowledge are preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
