Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle the finance and accounting profile .
• Take complete ownership of finalisation of books of accounts for the assigned firms.
• Maintain books of accounts independently, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including fund management, cash flow monitoring, and banking activities.
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports as required by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
• CA Inter, CMA Inter
• Strong experience in independent finalisation of books of accounts and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
• Ability to manage multiple entities independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
