Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join our Maintenance Department. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to industrial maintenance activities, machinery upkeep, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical maintenance issues.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment failures.
• Assist in maintaining maintenance records and equipment history.
• Support implementation of TPM and 5S activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimise machine downtime.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience up to 4 years.
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
