Graduate trainee(freshers)

• On-the-Job Learning: Actively participate in structured training modules, workshops, and department rotations (e.g., Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT, or HR).
• Operational Support: Assist daily departmental tasks, including data collection, routine reporting, system monitoring, or shop-floor/site operations.
• Project Execution: Support small-scale or team-based process improvement, quality enhancement, or productivity projects under the guidance of a designated mentor.
• Documentation \& Compliance: Maintain accurate records, logs, technical documentation, and adhere strictly to company safety, quality, and compliance standards (e.g., 5S, ISO, or industry protocols).
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve routine operational challenges and communicate project updates effectively.

Pay

₹18,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
