Job Description

Sri Sangamam Properties is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and promote the company's real estate projects through various digital platforms. The candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and online lead generation.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Handle Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
• Generate quality leads through digital marketing activities.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and follow-ups.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to promote real estate projects.
• Track marketing performance, leads, and campaign reports.
• Manage online branding and improve the company's digital presence.

Skills \& Requirements

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Basic video editing and content creation skills preferred.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with relevant digital marketing knowledge can also apply.
