Housekeeping Manager - Multispeciality Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the hospital.
• Allocate duties, monitor attendance, and manage housekeeping staff shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness of patient rooms, OPD, ICU, OT support areas, offices, corridors, and common areas.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to hospital hygiene and infection control protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain housekeeping quality standards.
• Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Operations, Maintenance, and other departments for housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and hospital protocols.
• Ensure timely replenishment of housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements.
• Handle patient and staff complaints related to housekeeping and ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of hospital cleaning procedures, infection control, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Pay

Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
