• Outbound \& Inbound Calling: Make calls to prospective or existing customers and answer incoming service or product inquiries. • Lead Generation \& Sales: Explain products, services, courses, or real estate/loan offers clearly in Tamil to convert leads into sales. • Customer Support \& Resolution: Address basic user complaints, troubleshoot service issues, or provide information on apps, websites, and policies. • Follow-ups \& Collections: Track follow-up schedules, manage payment reminders, or handle loan recovery calls. • Data Logging: Update customer details, call outcomes, and notes accurately inside the company's CRM or database
