Heavy Duty Vehicle Driver - Isuzu V-Cross

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Duty Vehicle Driver to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and goods to various project and client locations while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials, equipment, and goods to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery as per operational requirements.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle documents.
• Coordinate with site teams regarding delivery schedules.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials.
• Report accidents, damages, or breakdowns immediately to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills

• Valid HMV Driving License.
• Good knowledge of Chennai routes and surrounding areas.
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to handle documentation related to vehicle operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, construction, or facility management projects.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.

As per company standards and experience.
