Store & Dispatch Executive

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and billing.
• Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and warehouse teams.
• Verify product quantities, pricing, and customer details before billing.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, invoice copies, and transportation documents.
• Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, dispatch issues, and documentation errors.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, stores, and logistics departments.
• Update and maintain billing and dispatch transactions in ERP/software.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
