Job Summary

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Engineer to join our team at Anna Nagar, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating with project execution teams to ensure quality residential interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts for residential projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and furniture layouts.
• Create 3D designs and realistic visualizations based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior furniture.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and execution teams.
• Ensure designs comply with technical specifications, measurements, and site conditions.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Support material selection, BOQ preparation, and design documentation.
• Ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in residential interior design is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of modular furniture, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers with strong technical and design skills may also apply.
