Job Purpose

Manage and lead a team of warehouse technicians and operators in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of demands

Job Description

• Operates semi-standard tools and systems independently
• Anticipates \& alerts their hierarchy of any incoherencies
• Capable to ensure different kinds of standard and relatively complex trouble shootings
• Can provide support to more junior operators
• Has a full view of the organization
• Supervises of a medium team of technicians and operators
• Handles complex projects and processes
• Ensure the management of a big logistics and warehouse service with a large team
• Assign bin details for storage.
• Ensure proper storage of the parts as per SOP.
• Responsible for periodic report run.
• Responsible for performing ABC analysis \& Cycle count.
• Maintains inventory records in SAP WM on day to day basis.
• Keep accurate stock records.
• Support in publishing annual stock report
• Co-ordinate with production for quarterly report generation.
• Ensure that all lifting and monitoring devices are maintained in recalibrated conditions always.
• Co-ordinate with procurement department for recalibration services.
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety, and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others.
• Responsible for scrap yard management \& disposal of the same to PCB Authorized vendor.
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency
• Participate in floor safety talks.
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value
• SAP S4 HANA experience

• B.Tech Graduate
• 8+ years of experience, including 2 to 3 years of management experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment. Flexible to work in shifts
• Should have experience in SAP MM (Material Management)
• WM (Warehouse Management) with storage areas and storage bins, different types of storage.
• Experience \& exposure on SEZ scheme is much appreciated. Must have thorough understanding of Warehouse SAP transactions.
• Should be familiar with material handling processes.
• Should have handled At least one brown field project.
