Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Suraj Bhan Jewellery Hub.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery requirements, explaining product details, showcasing jewellery collections, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product details, pricing, weight, and designs.
• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper coordination with the showroom team.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Previous retail or jewellery sales experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
