Job Overview

Community Sales Executive (Field Sales)Company: ACT Fibernet

Role: Drive retail broadband sales and maximize profitability by acquiring new customers inside premium gated societies and apartment complexes.

Quick Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door sales, cold calling, and direct pitching to residents.
• Lead Generation: Build a pipeline via customer referrals, RWA partnerships, and local retail networks.
• BTL Marketing: Set up promotional kiosks, distribute leaflets, and run weekend apartment events.
• Branding: Secure and execute permanent ACT visibility/branding spaces inside societies.
• Target Areas: Focus on driving high penetration in newly connected projects and low-performing buildings.

Key Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / PUC / Graduate / Diploma.
• Experience: 1–4 years in Direct Sales / Field Sales (ISP, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.).
• Travel: Mandatory daily field travel of 35–40 km+ within the assigned territory.
• Languages: Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Age: Maximum 33 years.
• Schedule: 6 days working (Rotational shifts \& 1 rotational week-off).
